Parking/Guest arrival
Parking is available for this event at a cost of approximately $18.00 in either the East Lot (adjacent to Field Museum) or the Adler Planetarium lot (adjacent to the Planetarium). Parking location may vary throughout the season. Please look for overnight staff to direct you to the correct lot. We recommend dropping off gear at our Bus Drop-Off area prior to parking. Shedd staff will be outside the aquarium to facilitate guests unloading. Please refer to enclosed maps for more detail.
Guests are to enter through the Registered Group Entrance (south side of the building.) Upon arrival, guests must check-in with Shedd staff and receive a detailed itinerary.
All groups are assigned to a gallery for sleeping and will take their gear to their assigned gallery. Do not set up gear or unroll sleeping bags. Galleries will be used throughout the evening and must remain clear until 10:00 p.m.

9:30-10:15 p.m. Bedtime snack and Coral Reef dive presentation
10:15-11:00 p.m. Get ready for bed

T-shirts and patches
To commemorate your overnight adventure at Shedd Aquarium, you may wish to purchase a special “I Slept with the Fishes” T-shirt or patch. These items are available at the Shedd Aquarium gift stop.
In case of emergency
We have 24-hour security on site. If an overnight guest needs to be contacted, they can be reached through our Security Office at 312-692-3308.
